Where Episode 4 Left Off
Episode 4 ended with the season’s third Round Table just getting started. Jay told the group he would “be concise” this time. He said he had been collecting information over four days and named Katie as his suspected Traitor.
Viewers know Jay’s suspicion is correct. Katie became the third Traitor in Episode 3, joining Joe Vanella and Tomica Adams. The Faithful don’t know that, and Jay’s credibility has taken damage from his unpredictable style earlier in the game.
The accusation also builds on a chain of events. Xavier Scruggs warned other players about Katie before he was murdered as the losing Accomplice. Logan Smith kept raising that warning and was murdered in Episode 4. Michael Foote had started to think Jay’s Katie theory deserved attention.
A second thread is also open. During Episode 4’s Death Parade mission, Alan Cumming told the castle it would attend a funeral for one of the ten players left behind at the gates. Episode 4 did not show who.
