Teresa Giudice, 54, returns as an original cast member. Melissa Gorga, 47, returns with her. Both women come back after a private reconciliation with Teresa’s brother Joe Gorga in September 2025, and after filming together again in July 2026.
Dolores Catania, 55, returns as the third veteran. She is a mediator this season, while Dolores herself has said she will speak her mind and will not stay neutral just to keep the peace.
The five new full-time cast members are Malvina Blloshmi, Xio Cammarota, Juliette Collazo, Deeba Patel, and Natia Rufolo. Vanessa Barerra joins as a friend. Filming began in spring 2026 and wrapped on August 4, 2026.

Teresa reached out to Joe in September 2025, the siblings met at the cemetery where their parents are buried, and a second meeting brought Teresa, Joe, Melissa, and Louie Ruelas together for a long talk. Both women have said they still disagree about the past, so a calm first episode would not mean every old argument has been settled.
Dolores is worth watching in that first meeting. She is a mediator who wants to help the women work through differences before things spiral, and Dolores has said she is in a good place with both Teresa and Melissa.
Two storylines set up before filming may also surface early. Xio and Juliette are twin sisters, and their once-close relationship is strained. Malvina co-owns the cocktail mixer company Dirty Pelican with her fiance Bryan Tiedemann, and the business is facing a crossroads this season. Neither point is an Episode 1 event yet, because the episode has not aired.
The only footage released so far is a first look from Fan Fest on October 24, 2026, showing a lingerie party where Melissa says she has never tried an oyster and Teresa gives her advice on how to eat it. That scene has not been tied to Episode 1.
What Happened Before Episode 1
Season 14 ended in August 2024. The finale aired on August 4, 2024, and a wrap-up special called Off the Rails aired on August 11, 2024. There was no reunion.
The finale dinner ended with Teresa and Melissa further apart. At the Off the Rails watch party, the cast sat in two separate rooms, and Dolores was the only cast member who visited both rooms.
The show then went on pause for more than two years, while the network worked out how to bring the show back after a split that had left no path to a reunion.
The return was announced on March 24, 2026, with Teresa, Melissa, and Dolores returning. Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, and Rachel Fuda did not return, and the full new cast was announced on October 21, 2026.
